3. Berapa harganya?

Harga yang dipaparkan di halaman produk semasa anda membayar.

  • Harga ialah harga penuh dalam Ringgit Malaysia, tanpa caj tambahan. Setiap produk dibayar sekali sahaja, bukan langganan.
  • Harga boleh berubah dari semasa ke semasa. Halaman bayar Billplz menunjukkan jumlah yang anda bayar sebelum anda bayar, dan itulah harganya.
  • Kami tidak memaparkan “harga asal” yang tidak pernah dikenakan, dan tidak membuat kiraan masa yang tidak benar.

4. Macam mana nak bayar?

Melalui Billplz, guna perbankan dalam talian (FPX).

  • Anda pilih bank anda di halaman bayar Billplz. Cara bayar lain hanya jika Billplz menawarkannya di halaman itu.
  • Kami tidak melihat atau menyimpan butiran bank atau kad anda. Billplz yang menguruskannya.

5. Bila saya dapat produk?

Terus selepas bayaran berjaya.

  • Ebook Website AI: butang muat turun ebook keluar di halaman “Terima kasih” sebaik bayaran berjaya. Jika anda ambil Pakej Lengkap, pautan bonus keluar di situ juga. Pakej Lengkap + Ari Mula turut memaparkan pautan muat turun Ari Mula. Ebook ialah fail PDF di Google Drive.
  • Jika pautan tak keluar, atau anda tertutup halaman itu, emel kami dengan nama anda dan nombor bil Billplz. Kami hantar pautan kepada anda.
  • Semak Chat: lihat seksyen 10.

6. Apa yang saya boleh buat dengan fail?

Guna untuk diri anda dan bisnes anda sendiri.

  • Anda dapat lesen untuk menggunakan produk bagi diri anda dan bisnes anda sendiri. Setiap pembelian ialah untuk satu orang atau satu bisnes.
  • Anda tidak boleh berkongsi, memajukan, menjual semula, memuat naik atau menyalin fail atau pautan muat turun kepada orang lain, sama ada sebahagian atau keseluruhan, tanpa kebenaran bertulis.
  • Hak cipta ebook, bonus dan laman ini milik Warisan Syifa PLT.

7. Boleh dapat bayaran balik?

Tidak kerana tukar fikiran selepas muat turun. Ya jika fail rosak atau tidak seperti yang diterangkan.

  • Produk digital: fail boleh dimuat turun terus selepas bayar. Jadi, tiada bayaran balik atas sebab tukar fikiran selepas anda muat turun.
  • Hak anda di bawah Akta Pelindungan Pengguna 1999 tidak terjejas. Kalau fail rosak, tak boleh dibuka, salah, atau tak sama seperti yang diterangkan, emel kami dalam 7 hari. Kami ganti atau betulkan. Kalau tak dapat, kami pulangkan wang anda sepenuhnya.
  • Bayaran balik dibuat terus ke akaun bank anda dalam 14 hari.

8. Tersalah maklumat dalam pesanan?

Emel kami, kami betulkan.

Jika anda tersalah tulis emel atau tersalah pilih produk atau pakej, sama ada sebelum atau selepas bayar, emel [email protected] dengan nama anda dan nombor bil Billplz. Kami betulkan pesanan anda.

9. Produk ni jamin saya dapat duit?

Tidak. Produk kami panduan, bukan jaminan pendapatan atau jualan.

  • Hasil setiap orang berbeza, dan bergantung pada bisnes, produk, harga dan usaha anda sendiri.

10. Semak Chat

Belum dijual. Seksyen ini terpakai bila Semak Chat mula dijual.

  • Apa anda dapat: anda hantar sehingga 10 tangkapan skrin chat yang tidak jadi jualan. Kami hantar semakan bertulis: di mana chat tersekat, dan 2 hingga 3 cadangan balasan untuk setiap chat. AI membuat draf daripada chat yang sudah ditutup datanya, dan pemilik Warisan Syifa PLT menyemak dan meluluskan setiap balasan sebelum dihantar.
  • Bila: dalam 48 jam selepas kami terima bayaran dan tangkapan skrin yang lengkap. Jika kami lewat, anda boleh pilih bayaran balik penuh atau tunggu.
  • Tanggungjawab anda: tutup semua nama, nombor telefon, muka, alamat, butiran bank dan No. IC sebelum menghantar, dan hantar hanya chat yang anda berhak kongsi. Tangkapan skrin yang masih menunjukkan data orang lain kami pulangkan tanpa dibaca. Anda boleh hantar semula versi yang sudah ditutup.
  • Slot: setiap minggu ada bilangan slot yang terhad, kerana setiap semakan dibuat satu-satu. Bilangan yang dipaparkan di halaman jualan ialah bilangan sebenar.
  • Bayaran balik: bayaran balik penuh jika kami tidak dapat memulakan semakan. Selepas semakan dihantar, bayaran balik hanya jika semakan itu tidak sama seperti yang diterangkan.
  • Kerahsiaan: kami tidak berkongsi chat anda, tidak memasukkannya ke alat AI awam, dan memadamnya mengikut Notis Privasi. Kami hanya guna hasil anda sebagai testimoni jika anda beri izin bertulis berasingan.
  • Bukan jaminan: cadangan kami tidak menjamin jualan anda akan naik.

11. Had liabiliti

Setakat yang dibenarkan undang-undang, liabiliti kami terhad kepada jumlah yang anda bayar untuk produk itu.

Tiada apa dalam terma ini menghadkan hak anda di bawah undang-undang Malaysia.

12. Umur

Untuk 18 tahun ke atas, atau dengan izin ibu bapa atau penjaga.

Kalau anda bawah 18 tahun, minta ibu atau bapa anda tolong bayar dan baca halaman ini bersama anda.

13. Ada masalah atau aduan?

Hubungi kami dahulu. Kami cuba selesaikan dalam 14 hari.

2. What is for sale?

Right now, one product: Ebook Website AI.

  • On sale now: Ebook Website AI (Buat Website Guna AI), a PDF file. Pakej Lengkap includes 4 bonuses; Ebook Sahaja has no bonuses. Pakej Lengkap + Ari Mula also includes the Ari Mula ebook, which we also publish and sell separately at denganari.com.
  • Not on sale yet: the Closing Dalam WhatsApp script pack, Semak Chat, and the Siri Enjin Niaga books. The terms for these apply once they go on sale.
  • Each product page describes what you get.

3. What does it cost?

The price shown on the product page when you pay.

  • Prices are full prices in Malaysian Ringgit, with no extra charges. Each product is a one-off payment, not a subscription.
  • Prices may change from time to time. The Billplz payment page shows the amount before you pay, and that is the price.
  • We don’t show an “original price” that was never charged, and we don’t run countdowns that aren’t real.

4. How do I pay?

Through Billplz, by online banking (FPX).

  • You choose your bank on the Billplz payment page. Other payment methods only if Billplz offers them on that page.
  • We never see or store your bank or card details. Billplz handles them.

5. When do I get the product?

Right after payment succeeds.

  • Ebook Website AI: the ebook download button appears on the “Terima kasih” page as soon as payment succeeds. With Pakej Lengkap, the bonus links appear there too. Pakej Lengkap + Ari Mula also shows an Ari Mula download link. The ebook is a PDF file on Google Drive.
  • If the link doesn’t appear, or you closed that page, email us with your name and Billplz bill number. We will send you the link.
  • Semak Chat: see section 10.

6. What may I do with the files?

Use them for yourself and your own business.

  • You get a licence to use the product for yourself and your own business. Each purchase covers one person or one business.
  • You may not share, forward, resell, upload or copy the files or download links to others, in part or in full, without written permission.
  • Copyright in the ebook, bonuses and this site belongs to Warisan Syifa PLT.

7. Can I get a refund?

Not for a change of mind after download. Yes if a file is faulty or not as described.

  • Digital products: files can be downloaded straight after payment. So there is no refund for a change of mind once you have downloaded them.
  • Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 are not affected. If a file is faulty, won’t open, is wrong, or isn’t as described, email us within 7 days. We will replace or fix it. If we can’t, we refund you in full.
  • Refunds go straight to your bank account within 14 days.
  • Semak Chat: see section 10.

8. A mistake in your order?

Email us and we will fix it.

If you mistype your email or pick the wrong product or package, before or after paying, email [email protected] with your name and Billplz bill number. We will fix your order.

9. Does the product guarantee income?

No. Our products are guides, not a guarantee of income or sales.

  • Results differ for everyone, and depend on your own business, product, price and effort.
  • Examples marked Contoh rekaan are made up to explain an idea.
  • Names, features and prices of third-party tools mentioned in a product may change. Check them yourself before using or paying.

10. Semak Chat

Not on sale yet. This section applies once Semak Chat is sold.

  • What you get: you send up to 10 screenshots of chats that didn’t turn into a sale. We send a written review: where each chat stalled, and 2 to 3 suggested replies for each one. AI drafts from the redacted chats, and the owner of Warisan Syifa PLT checks and approves every reply before it is sent.
  • When: within 48 hours of receiving your payment and complete screenshots. If we are late, you can choose a full refund or to wait.
  • Your responsibilities: cover all names, phone numbers, faces, addresses, bank details and IC numbers before sending, and send only chats you have the right to share. Screenshots that still show other people’s data are returned unread. You can resend a redacted version.
  • Slots: there are a limited number of slots each week, because each review is done one at a time. The number shown on the sales page is real.
  • Refunds: a full refund if we can’t start the review. Once the review is delivered, a refund only if it isn’t as described.
  • Confidentiality: we don’t share your chats, don’t put them into public AI tools, and delete them according to the Privacy Notice. We use your result as a testimonial only with your separate written permission.
  • No guarantee: our suggestions don’t guarantee your sales will rise.

11. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysian law.

12. Age

For people aged 18 and over, or with a parent’s or guardian’s consent.

If you are under 18, ask a parent to pay for you and read this page with you.

13. A problem or complaint?

Contact us first. We aim to resolve it within 14 days.

Email [email protected]. You can also bring a claim to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia. These terms are governed by Malaysian law.

15. What if these terms change?

Your purchase follows the terms on the date you paid.

We may update these terms, and will change the date above when we do. If the two language versions differ, the Bahasa Malaysia text applies.
